Retnendran is currently a Portfolio Audit Head – Technology / Digital & Data Analytics within Group Internal Audit Department of a major local financial institution. He has more than 20 years of technology audit experience in the financial industry. As a Portfolio Audit Head, he has overseen numerous technology audit reviews which includes cyber security, digital channels, application systems, technical and IS operations. Also well versed in the practical aspects of planning, conducting and managing IT audit projects and leveraging on the usage of data analytics for continuous audit / monitoring of key risk areas.

He was formerly the President of ISACA Malaysia Chapter (2012-2013) and also a CISA Class Trainer. He is a CISA and CRISC.
