Jason is a seasoned cybersecurity practitioner and pre-sales engineer with over 20 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in delivering end-to-end security solutions to address evolving cyber threats. Currently serving as Lead Sales Engineer (APJ) at Broadcom Software, he brings deep expertise in cybersecurity architecture, technical advisory, and advanced threat detection strategies.

Prior to joining Broadcom, Jason held key roles at VMware, including Partner Solution Architect (Carbon Black) and Senior Technical Trainer, where he focused on endpoint security and partner enablement across Southeast Asia and Korea. Earlier in his career, he spent over three years at CyberArk, building strong expertise in privileged access management, and served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Argent Software. He began his career at Microsoft as an Xbox Program Manager, gaining foundational experience in large-scale platform and program management.

Jason holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including OSCP, VCP, VCI, CCDE, MCSE, and MCT.  A frequent speaker at industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions, he is passionate about continuous learning and innovation, staying at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements through hands-on experimentation.
