Wong Siew Hui has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, spanning telecommunications, custom software development, trade facilitation initiatives in ASEAN and Sweden, and financial services. She has held roles at organisations such as Uberfusion, dJava Factory, CelcomDigi, and Maybank. She is currently the Head of Technology at CGS International Securities Sdn. Bhd., awarded as Bursa Malaysia's 2024 Best Overall Equities Participating Organisation.

Outside of work, Siew Hui is active in community service as a committee member of her residents’ association. She is also an avid dragon boat paddler with ZWL Dragonboat Team based in Kuala Lumpur, having competed in regional events across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. Additionally, she has served as a Disciplinary Committee Member for Persatuan Kanu Malaysia, the national governing body for canoe sports.
