Dr. Goh Moh Heng

Dr Goh Moh Heng is the President of BCM Institute and the Managing Director of GMH Continuity Architects. Dr Goh’s primary areas of expertise include Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), Crisis Management, and Communications and building resilience. He has helped many organizations build their resilience, particularly those operating in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In recognition of his continuous effort to raise the BC standard and awareness in the Asia Pacific, Dr Goh Moh Heng was awarded the Business Continuity Lifetime Achievement Award in Europe from Continuity, Insurance and Risk Magazine in May 2012. Since 2012, Dr Goh has been on the expert panel of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Network on Improving SME Disaster Resilience.

Before establishing BCM Institute and GMH Continuity Architects, Dr Goh held senior positions with several large organizations. During his career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), he was responsible for all aspects of its BC and contingency planning. At Standard Chartered Bank, he saw the global implementation of its BC management and planning. He also managed the BC practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During his pastime, Dr Goh had published more than 25 BCM books.
