Has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the Malaysian ICT in and his skillsets encompass Supply Chain Management, Business Process Re-engineering; and in the last 15 years in the area of information security.
Engaged in high-level government discussion on Covid-19 Economic Recovery Plan and subsequently submitted a proposal for cybersecurity innovation hub, ICT products certification and capability and capacity development. Participated in PEMANDU Strategic Reform Initiatives and recommended to government for Cyber Security Safety Standards Act and Risk Management Framework.
Assisted in the development of Rangka Kerja Keselamatan Siber untuk Sektor Awam (Public Sector Cybersecurity Framework ) with MAMPU, CGSO, MIMOS and Majlis Keselamatan Negara.
Involved in the development of Data Leakage Protection paper for Majlis Keselamatan Negara. Committee member for Thematic Kluster Digital Ekonomi working group chaired by YBM KKMM.
Project Director for MAMPU OSSiD Data Leakage Prevention project.
Currently the Head of Cyber Security Industry Engagement & Collaboration Department CyberSecurity Malaysia and believes that the cornerstone of cyberspace security is and will remain a public private partnership and only by acting together can we build a more secure future in cyberspace.
