Notice of 25th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the twenty fifth (25th) Annual General Meeting of the ISACA Malaysia Chapter with the following details:

Date     : 20th May 2010, 6.30PM

Venue   : Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC)

              No. 10, Jalan 1/70D, Off Jalan Bukit Kiara

              60000 Kuala Lumpur.

Agenda:

1. To receive and approve Minutes of 24th Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and approve the ISACA Audited Account for the financial year ended 31st December, 2009.
3. To elect members to the Board of Directors. A Letter from Nominating Committee was sent out to all members through e-mail on Tuesday, 16th March, 2010 requesting for nominations of the ISACA Malaysia Chapter Board of Directors for the term 2010/2011.
4. To transact any other business that may arise.     
5. Dinner will be served after the AGM

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Members are requested to register in order for catering and logistics arrangements by 14thMay 2010. Please provide your name and membership number at the point of registration by emailing it to officeadmin@isaca.org.my.  

Members who turn up at the AGM without registering will be entitled to vote - however, may not be entitled to the door gift and dinner (which is subject to availability and reserved for members who have registered).

Notes:

1. Under the administrative procedures of the Chapter, members will receive the minutes of the last AGM and accounts via e-mail. Physical Copies will also be made available during the meeting.
2. Membership register provided by ISACA International will be as at 19th April 2010.
3. Kindly bring your membership card or an alternative identification. If you are a new member (and have yet to receive your membership no.) or have just renewed, please bring your membership receipt/renewal notice.
